1) Simply please email to korder@kasai-trading.jp with the following information:

*Your Full Name
*Your Street Address
*Your Phone Number
2) We will quote the total cost including shipping, insurance and packing by email very soon, together with the information about the availability and the shipping schedule.
3) Please make payment by PayPal or by wire transfer.
4) On confirming your payment, we will make shipment very soon (when all the items are in stock) and email the shipping notice with the EMS tracking number to you immediately after shipment.

In most cases we use EMS (Express Mail Service) for shipping overseas. Please refer to the shipping cost table below:

*When shipping very small, low-priced and lightweight item(s) (e.g. some
items in Clearance Market), Air Small Packet Post would be a good substitute to save the shipping
cost. We may suggest this method when we think it's better. In this case
please choose either way you prefer.

| <PACKING> |
Small packing fee may be required for each shipment. Normally it's within
a few hundred yen. (It's informed when we reply to your order.)

| <INVOICE> |
Commercial invoice is issued and attached on each parcel. Please let us know in advance if you have any special requirement for your invoice.

| <PAYMENT> |
We accept two methods of payment - PayPal or wire transfer.
In PayPal, 3% handling fee is required. In wire transfer, JPY4,000 handling fee is required.
Considering the difference of the handling fees (and the difference of exchange rates - PayPal offers not so good rate...), PayPal will be better when the total amount is less than JPY100,000, and wire transfer will be better when the total amount is over JPY100,000.

Every item from us has been carefully tested one by one before shipment,
assuring of being free from any defect. However, if you should find any
defective item in your purchase from us, it will be replaced at our discretion.
Claims must be made within 30 days of your receipt. In this case, the extra
shipping cost will be paid by us.
